CloudWorks Online
CloudWorks Online is the web application your clients use to see the data from their dataloggers — live status, datalog charts and history, from any browser, with nothing to install. Sign in as an administrator and you have almost all of CloudWorks Console — everything except Bluetooth configuration at the device — from anywhere. Behind both sits CloudWorks Integration, the server.

Our server, or your own
An administrator sets CloudWorks Online up once. Point a browser at cloudworks.systems/cloudworks_online and enter your server host, HTTPS port and API key, and it is connected to your system. Nothing is installed on the machine you are sitting at.
If you would rather host it yourself, download the zip and unpack it into any web server that serves static files. There is no database, runtime or server-side code to set up — CloudWorks Online talks to your CloudWorks Integration server over the REST API, exactly as the hosted portal does.
Your data does not pass through us. The browser talks straight to your own CloudWorks Integration server, wherever it is running.

It opens on our demonstration system
The link below opens CloudWorks Online with the demonstration connection already set up — server, HTTPS port and API key all travel with the link. Sign in with the user code demo and the password demo for limited, read-only access to real devices reporting real data.
When you are ready to use your own system, open Connection settings and enter your server host, HTTPS port and API key.
CloudWorks Online and CloudWorks Console
The Console is the complete application. Online does almost all of the same from a browser. Your clients only ever see Online, and only their own data; your administrators use whichever suits where they are.
CloudWorks Online
The web application. For a client sign-in, the live status, charts and history of their own dataloggers. For an administrator, almost everything the Console does — from any browser, anywhere.
CloudWorks Console
The complete Windows application. Everything Online does, plus logger configuration over Bluetooth at the device and the firmware uploads that go with it.
About the Console
What you need
- A current browser - Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari
- A CloudWorks Integration server it can reach
- The server host, HTTPS port and an API key - entered once by an administrator
- To self-host: any web server that serves static files (IIS, nginx, Apache)
- No database, runtime or server-side code on the web server itself
- HTTPS is strongly recommended, since an API key is entered by the user
The rest of the suite
CloudWorks Online is the browser version of the suite. The server behind it is CloudWorks Integration and the complete application is CloudWorks Console - both installed with the CloudWorks Installer.
